These General Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between MyDashCam and its customers. The MYDASHCAM.FR site is operated by Tzecom, whose head office is located:

By placing an order on our site, you accept these General Terms and Conditions without reservation. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions occur, we cannot be held responsible.
Orders are placed online on our website. An order is only final after confirmation by MyDashCam. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute relating to payment for a previous order.
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
Payment for orders can be made by credit card, PayPal or any other means offered on our site. The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers.
The products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering. We promise to deliver within 6 to 12 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are your responsibility. The product must be returned in its original and complete condition.
In the event of withdrawal, we undertake to reimburse you for the sums paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. Returns must be made in accordance with the instructions mentioned in our returns policy available on our site.
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-compliance, the product may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
MyDashCam cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product. MyDashCam's liability will be limited to the amount of the order.
The personal information collected is necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. They may be transmitted to companies involved in the execution of services and orders. This information is also retained for security and legal compliance purposes.
All elements of the MyDashCam site are the exclusive property of MyDashCam. Any reproduction, exploitation or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without the express authorization of MyDashCam.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
